“At my first Tai Chi class, I had no idea that I was starting on a journey. I was challenging my limits not only in Tai Chi but later also as the founder of my own school. <\/em><\/strong>I am still evolving new skills t<\/em><\/strong>hanks to my passion for Tai Chi. \"\"<\/a>The focus of my work is the martial art of\u00a0 Tai Chi<\/a> (Taijiquan) Yang style.<\/p>\n

I hold an international certificate of Martial Arts Trainer (license B) and a certificate of Health Physical Education and Sport Trainer.\u00a0I teach in my Taiji pod lupou\u00ae school<\/a> in Prague – Czech Repubic. I develop my school in a distinctive spirit with a family atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Me and Tai Chi<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>I have been involved in martial arts since 1994. After two years of studying karate goju-ryu in Brno (CZ) I started to study Tai chi in Prague (CZ). From 2000 to 2021 I studied Yang style Tai chi under professional guidance of Robert Amacker<\/a>. His teachings and approach to Tai chi resonated with me so much that I began attending his schools in Moscow and California. I appreciate the partnership of these schools.<\/p>\n

I started teaching Tai chi in 2002 as an assistant to Robert Amacker. Since 2009 I have been forming my own school and the website of which you can read here. I teach individual and group classes in Prague 4 (Czech republic). I also teach online. Since 2010 I have been cooperating with the Prague 4 Municipality, with their support I lead free classes. I also teach abroad, for example in Florida in 2013 and in California 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Study materials and videos<\/h2>\n

I create materials to facilitate the study and understanding of Tai chi. I enjoy looking for ways to introduce and motivate people to move and develop with Tai chi. I am the author of most of the texts, illustrations and videos on this website.<\/p>\n
